Hercule Poirot is my hero. So I'm definitely in favour of anything that gets us into Agatha Christie land!

Ohh! I love Cyanide on Tyne. But Villainy Village seems very theme park-y, in a good way.

Yeah, how about Cyanide on Tyne or Arsenic on Trent or something faux-traditional like that. Rillington-on-Tyne?

I'm leaning -- just tilting slightly -- toward The Cyanide Sphere.

Villainy Village reminds me of the sort of villain who twirls his mustaches and says, "Curses, foiled again!" (Do you even have those in Brit Lit? They're an American cliche.)

Can you do anything with one of those ____ on ____ names that one finds in the English countryside?

This is excellent!!! I grew up on Agatha Christie novels!

Each summer in grade school we had to write a list of the books we read over the summer. The year I handed in a list of about 12 A. Christie murder mysteries, I received a note back suggesting maybe I should branch out my reading. Looking back, I wonder how strange my teacher thought it was that a 11-12 year old black girl in Virginia was reading 40-year-old murder mysteries written by a British dame. But that was how I became the massive Anglophile that I am, so massive that I'm looking forward to my double episodes of East Enders tonight on PBS.

Excellent job, Susie, top notch job of using your little grey cells!
